What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista Team Lead position at Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea - Hamilton Quarter?
Calling all Baristas and Counter Staff that enjoy working with people in an elegant and fast-paced coffeehouse!
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading all Team Members in serving customers and opening & closing
- Entering in customer’s orders and receiving payment.
- Preparing coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages.
- Serving desserts, pastries, and other fully prepared light fares.
Compensation/Benefits:

Availability:
Part-Time positions are currently available for Morning, Afternoon & Evening shifts.
Requirements:
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Outgoing, friendly personality.
- Fast & Efficient work style.
- Passionate about quality coffee & tea. (Enjoys drinking coffee and tea a plus!)
- Foodservice experience preferred but not required.
