Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Account Manager to join our brand partnerships team to help manage client campaign executions and growth partnerships. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working at agencies or DTC platforms managing accounts pre and post sale with high profile clients on teams working across strategy, content, talent and distribution with an emphasis on the creator economy and social-first executions.
This role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen problem solving skills, great communications acumen, and the proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage onboarding and fulfillment of Brand Partnership campaigns focused on strategy, content, creators, experiential and growth focused distribution.
- Help manage client relationships, production and talent teams to effectively execute against campaign deliverables.
- Manage campaign performance deliverables, data reporting and budgets, optimizing regularly across platforms, and utilizing social reporting and media analytic tools.
- Help book and manage talent with the ability to negotiate price and ensure on-time delivery.
- Help grow and extend client engagements across scope and dollar value.
- Lead regular status calls with active clients and internal stakeholder teams.
- Ensure multi-team production schedules are completed in a timely fashion.
- Oversee internal tracking and performance reports for campaign pipeline.
- Support sales team on client calls and internal strategy meetings where necessary.
- Contribute to the creation of sales materials and wrap decks for partner initiatives.
- Use data and tracking software to measure and report campaign progress.
- Develop third party relationships to extend and enhance program offerings .
