Education : Bachelors degree in accounting from a reputable accounting program (masters in taxation is a plus).Experience : 5 years of experience in a CPA firm.Leadership Skills : Experience in supervising, training, and mentoring staff, including participating in performance reviews.Technical Skills : Excellent technical and research skills.Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients. Strong writing skills for addressing tax notices.Time Management : Great time management skills with the ability to prioritize.Independence : Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Compensation and Benefits :
