Looking for a flexible, paid gig? Swell is looking for Ambassadors to conduct short video interviews in the Fort Knox community. Paid per video, work on your own schedule!

What is Swell?

Swell is building a mental health platform for the middle & working class. The people who can’t afford to pay hundreds out of pocket for therapy.

We are in-network with TRICARE, Cigna, Aetna & Blue Cross Blue Shield, and are actively working to expand access to more people in Tennessee & Kentucky through additional insurance and employer plans.

Clients can find and book with a therapist directly in our app, and we’re doing everything we can to never have a waitlist. We’re also building free therapy tools for clients to use in-between sessions that help them get better faster. Our company does everything in our power to make getting into a therapy session easier.

The Program

Video Interviews

Ambassadors will approach people on or near post while wearing a Swell shirt (provided by us) and ask if they’re open to a quick video interview about mental health. Let them know if they participate they will be entered to win a giveaway (prize will most likely be Amazon or Commissary gift card)

If they say yes, you’ll have them sign a quick waiver for the video & add their email address, if they want to be entered into the giveaway.

Once that’s signed you’ll pretty much follow the script of interview questions we provide. It should take around 2-5 minutes to get through the questions.

Once you’re done, thank them for their time. Give them a business card & let them know we’ll contact them within the week to let them know if they won the raffle.

Afterwards, you simply upload the videos from your phone via a submission form.

The Details

• Compensation: We compensate our affiliates $5 per video submitted via our website. Monthly challenges will provide opportunities to earn extra income.

• How do I get paid?

On the 15th of every month, we pay ambassador payments based on the results of the previous calendar month.Once you’ve submitted your first video, you’ll receive an email to set up direct deposit. The company we use will provide a 1099 for anyone who earns over $600 throughout the course of the year.

• Can anyone be an ambassador?

The ambassador community is open to any military spouse or service member, 18 years or older & interested in helping people access mental healthcare.

You cannot be a paid advocate if you are a current Swell client. Protecting the therapeutic relationship is the most important thing, so we want to make sure clients never feel pressure or incentive to do anything that might benefit us. Therapy is for them.Similarly, you cannot be a paid advocate if you are a physician making a referral for one of your patients.

• Can I interview people I know?

As long as they are a service member or spouse currently stationed at Fort Knox, and are willing to sign the waiver, you may interview them.
