In this role, you will be the creative force in developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive traffic, build brand affinity and grow sales across all our locations. You will be responsible for managing and executing all of our integrated marketing plans.

Requirements
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in restaurant, QSR, fast casual or multi-unit retail
- Strong grasp of integrated marketing (digital, social, paid), local marketing and campaign execution
- Experience working in a lean team environment, where speed, agility and flexibility are key
- Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable working hands-on and independently while also collaborating cross-functionally
- Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to refine strategy and execution
Essential Job Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive traffic, build brand affinity and grow sales across our footprint.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Culinary and other departments to ensure alignment on campaigns, promotions and in-store experiences.
- Manage the execution of integrated marketing plans, including seasonal promotions, product launches, in-store activations, email, owned media and paid media.
- Help support and scale local store marketing, including grand openings, community partnerships and market-specific initiatives; develop turn-key programs to enhance local presence.
- Collaborate with external partners across media, third party delivery, sponsorships and collaborations to bring plans to life and ensure brand consistency.
- Create marketing briefs, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure flawless execution of all deliverables.
- Analyze marketing performance and customer insights to optimize future strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist with marketing asset development, in-store signage, POP materials and digital content creation.
- Be a flexible team player, willing to take on evolving responsibilities as the brand and department continue to grow.
- Projects and assignments as required by the job and supervisor.
