Job Summary
I am seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. I am also looking for someone who learns quickly and moves with a purpose. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in mostly residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. It also requires punctuality and common sense. The House Cleaner will ensure that all areas are sanitized, and welcoming for clients.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as hand mopping, vacuuming & polishing wood/laminate floors, and maintaining carpets to ensure a pristine environment.
- Clean kitchens and bathrooms with a focus on sanitation and hygiene and extreme detail.
- Provide commercial cleaning services for businesses as required And as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management, once out of training every Friday.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by being pleasant and cleaning as trained.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or house cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products is a plus, but we train in house.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately, effectively and precisely.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or prolonged standing Or getting down on hands and knees.
- Working personal vehicle
- Phone with plan not WiFi, we work off of an app.
