Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, training, re-training, inventory control, and customer satisfaction
- Implement training and re-training programs to enhance staff performance and ensure quality service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with the entire team to maintain quality standards and optimize our service offerings.
Skills
- Strong background in employee management and customer service operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficiency in training development to empower staff members for success
- Knowledge of top notch customer service procedures, sales and marketing as well as safety regulations
- Experience in a residential service based business with a background in management is a big plus
- Ability to help lead, motivate and manage a diverse team towards common goals
-Self Starter
-Ability to learn on your own and understand verbal conversations without a written rec-cap. Truly listening, not just hearing what you think you heard

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
