What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales, Telemarketing and Social Media Marketing position at Swept Away?
This position focuses on all sales, marketing, customer relations and public relations.
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with our customers. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping current customers updated and following up on all prospects in order to increase sales. Handle any customer concerns, work to rectify issues experienced by individual customers as well as aim to improve the organization's overall customer satisfaction ratings.
Use telephones, email and social media to reach out to customers and prospects. Greet customers and potential customers warmly at all times. Look to create new potential customers as well as grow and upgrade existing accounts.
Build and maintains relationships with clients and customers. Focus on customer service and develop sales plans based on customer needs.
Build and maintain a positive public image for our company. Create media, from press releases to social media messages, that shape public opinion of our company and increase awareness of its brand.
You must be able to work alone or as a team and have strong communication skills and follow through.
Attention to detail and time management is a must.
