Duties
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their coverage requirements and address any concerns.
- Develop new business opportunities through referrals and supporting quoting activity for sales producer
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and coverage with underwriters
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
- Provide training and support to junior staff on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to effectively communicate with clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management, in the insurance industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Experience in retail sales or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively.
