How You Will Make An Impact :

We serve a customer base seeking luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Pricing and Merchandising Specialist , you will ensure inventory is appropriately priced and marketed to help the company achieve its financial goals and provide fantastic hospitality to our customers!

Responsibilities :

Research market dynamics and pricing trends.
Demonstrates a strong ability to review, organize, and execute tasks with precision.
Complete internal merchandising and vehicle stocking activities.
Maintain in-depth understanding of our current inventory management system, the market, and valuation tools such as KBB, J.D. Power, etc.
Take initiative to determine pricing and merchandising strategies for stagnant inventory.
Maintains organizational discipline by effectively prioritizing and managing details, even under tight deadlines.

Physical Requirements :

This is a in-person position : Due to the nature of this in-person position, physical presence at the workplace is required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role effectively. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not applicable for this position. Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications :

Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.

Experience : Minimum 1 year experience with data analysis and reporting.

Education : High School degree or higher.

Skill : Understanding of the Automotive Market preferred.

Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels of leadership.

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Ability to balance multiple demands and time frames.

Highly customer-focused and solutions-driven.
