Description
The Sales Greeter is responsible for welcoming and assisting customers who bring their vehicles in for service. They serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all customers.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers promptly and warmly : Acknowledge all customers who enter the dealership, offering a friendly welcome and assistance.
- Provide basic information : Answer general questions about dealership hours, services offered, and vehicle locations.
- Direct customers : Guide customers to the appropriate departments (sales, service, finance, etc.) or to the correct sales representatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom : Ensure the showroom is presentable and inviting to customers.
- Assist with showroom traffic flow : Manage customer flow effectively, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Build rapport with customers : Engage in brief conversations with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Support sales team : Assist sales representatives as needed, such as retrieving customer information or preparing paperwork.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor : Project a positive and enthusiastic image of the dealership.
