As a Warranty Claims Administrator , you will work closely with our Dealership Service Departments, Internal Warranty Claims Department and customers. Assisting with warranty claims and mechanical breakdowns through phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities :
Claims Review and Authorization :
- Evaluate and authorize mechanical claims in accordance with contract guidelines
- Utilize tools such as Mitchell1 or Alldata to obtain accurate labor times for repairs.
Customer and Team Communication :
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Claims Processing :
Knowledge Maintenance :
Documentation and Reporting :
Conflict Resolution :
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Hands-on automotive repair or equivalent technical experience preferred.
Strong understanding of automotive technology and diagnostics.
