As a Call Center Representative, you will be on the front lines of delivering elevated hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
- Answers incoming phone calls in an extremely courteous, enthusiastic, and professional manner as part of our call center
- Scheduling service reservations
- Identify guests’ needs, clarify information, and offer assistance and support
- Responding to guest inquiries via chat
Qualifications:
- Education: At least 18 years of age
- Experience: Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus
- Skills:
- Focus on providing customers an outstanding experience in every interaction
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment that includes working with a high volume of phone calls, chats, and email inquiries
- Ability to multi-task (example: finishing emails or chat sessions while taking calls)
- Organizational skills
- Able to develop and maintain the knowledge base required to properly assist guests in a fast-growing company
- Ability to de-escalate a guest interaction
- Able to work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity
- Strong communication skills
- Punctual and dependable with scheduling flexibility
Physical Requirements:
- Work Environment: Primarily office-based, involving prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Computer Use: Frequent use of a computer for handling calls, entering data, and managing customer information.
- Visual Acuity: Must be able to read and interpret information on computer screens and printed materials.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to use a keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Mobility: Occasional walking, standing, and reaching within the office environment.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Hearing: Good hearing ability to effectively listen to and understand customer inquiries over the phone.
- Physical Effort: The job may occasionally require lifting items up to 25 lbs.
