Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin’s premier and long-established agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a full-time Precision Solutions Technician. We are interested in enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to join our team. The Precision Farming Service Technician is responsible for set-up and service work initiated by the Precision Farming Division. This work includes GPS & auto-guidance technology, planting & application control, data management and more! This position would be based out of our Mosinee location, but would include travel to other locations or customer farms, as needed.

What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on precision farming equipment
- Complete set-up work for products and equipment sold by the Precision Farming Division with meticulous attention to detail.
- Make field calls to troubleshoot and repair systems
- Perform updates on software
- Assist with inspection programs
- Day to day responsibilities could vary with new responsibilities introduced often and will require someone who is organized and able to complete long-term projects while simultaneously solving day to day problems.
- Complete work in a safe, professional and timely manner
What It Takes
- Understanding of agricultural machinery and implements including planters, sprayers and spreaders
- Excellent mechanical and technical aptitude
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work a varying work schedule and be flexible in order to respond to after-hours calls
- Able to travel throughout our service area
- Have and maintain a clean driving record
- Must provide your own hand tools
*Technical diploma or degree is preferred. Prior experience in agriculture, diesel, or heavy equipment service is highly desired. Ag background is also a plus.
