Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin’s premier and long-established agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant. We are looking to add an ambitious, energetic individual to assist our sales team with daily operations and customer support. What You’ll Do:
- Assign and manage inventory needs within the business system
- Take and upload photos of inventory and ensure inventory feeds to the website and external sites correctly.
- Coordinate and accurately enter purchase orders.
- Manage in-kind equipment requests and complete paperwork correctly and accurately before entering information into our business system.
- Prepare and verify various daily and/or monthly reports as needed for sales, management and accounting.
- Support sales staff with finding equipment at other dealerships, when needed.
- Prepare customer sales packets including equipment & warranty information, owner’s manuals, and additional information as needed.
- Assist with collecting and processing customer payments.
- Assist with warranty registrations.
- Complete all required paperwork including contracts, applications, reports and other documents in a neat and timely manner.
- Assist with answering phones and directing customers.
- Day to day responsibilities could vary with new responsibilities introduced often and will require someone who is organized and able to complete long-term projects while simultaneously solving day to day problems

- Prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment is highly desired. Previous administrative or data entry, is a plus. Coursework in business administration, sales or related courses is a plus and a background in Agriculture is helpful, though not required. Pay commensurate with experience.
