The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering, with a focus on avionics design, development, and testing. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with external partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and development of avionics systems, including power management, communication, and navigation subsystems
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of avionics systems into overall vehicle architecture
- Developing and implementing test plans and procedures to validate avionics system performance
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in avionics design and development
- Strong background in analog and digital circuit design, with expertise in embedded systems and microcontrollers
- Excellent understanding of RF principles and EMI mitigation techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as Altium Designer, and experience with PCB layout and fabrication
