Carpenter/Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and a willingness to work on diverse projects, including residential and Timber-frame projects. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork in a dynamic construction environment. Further one-on-one training will be available for specific skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Good work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills on a given project.
• Assist with maintenance personnel tasks, including repairs and maintenance of structures and fixtures.
• Participate in remodeling projects, collaborating with team members to achieve desired outcomes.

• Work on construction sites, following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Install siding and frame carpentry elements as per project specifications.
• Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required during various projects.
• Utilize power tools effectively and safely for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
• Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps in structures for improved durability and aesthetics.

Qualification

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work.
• Proficient in the safe use of power tools and equipment commonly used in carpentry.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
