About the Role: Do you have a passion for making science EXCITING? Are you ready to inspire the next generation of curious minds? If so, we’re looking for YOU to join the team!
As the Lead Scientist, you'll bring the magic of science to life in a fast-paced, entertaining, and educational Live Show. Your role will involve breaking down complex scientific concepts into bite-sized, fun, and easy-to-understand lessons for viewers of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host the show with energy, enthusiasm, and charm to capture the attention of kids ages 6-16 (Similar to Bill Nye or Mr. Rogers)
- Demonstrate exciting science experiments, wild facts, and real-world applications of scientific principles. Work outside the box & help us come up with engaging and exciting activities and demonstrations.
- Engage with a young audience, making science relatable, fun, and awe-inspiring.
- Collaborate with scientists, educators, and creators to develop and deliver mind-blowing, kid-friendly content.
- Assist and Lead Tutors – in assuring kids are able to finish Homework and stay on par with their respective classes.
- Wear Bowties (Optional, but encouraged for max rizz).
Requirements:
- A love for science, education, and making learning fun.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- An energetic and engaging personality – bring your own unique flair!
- A passion for inspiring kids and adults alike to think scientifically.
- Previous hosting or education experience (a bonus, but not required).
- Confidence, Charisma & Humor
