The Night Shift Lead Millwright is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all machinery during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing production uptime. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide a team of millwrights, providing direction and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with mill machinery, including conveyors, hydraulic systems, and other equipment.Preventative Maintenance:
Plan and execute preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.Safety:

Qualifications:
