Shift: 1st (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM) with some overtime and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, grinding, sanding, and smoothing
✅ Safely handle, mix, and apply paint finishes with precision
✅ Maintain a clean and organized paint shop
✅ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment
✅ Work collaboratively to complete projects efficiently, following drawings and work orders
✅ Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and guidelines
✅ Foster a team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
✅ Experience mixing and handling paint finishes
✅ Ability to read and interpret drawings and work orders
✅ Strong knowledge of basic tools and their applications
✅ Must be able to pass a respiratory test
