What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at Swift Outsourcing Solutions?

Shift:
- 1st shift; 5 AM - 1:30 PM
- 2nd shift; 2:30 PM - 11:00 AM with some overtime and weeks
Duties:
- Assembling Metal Frames
- Assemble hardware and components
- Use hand tools, power tools, and metal work
- Able to read and understand detailed shop drawings and work orders.
- Have knowledge of proper use of safety practices. Safety equipment must be used/worn at all times
Team Work and Positive Attitude is very important!!
Requirements:
- Ability to read measuring tape
- Basic tool knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and work orders
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
