Production Workers - Key Responsibilities and Accountability include but are not limited to:
- Manufacture products consistent with product specifications for the assigned work area.
- Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
- Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.
- Assist with product reconditioning as needed and directed
- 3 Months Previous manufacturing experience within the last 5 years- Required
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F. - Required
- Standing for extended periods of time - Required
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs.- Required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive motion work - Required
- The ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating holidays and weekends - Required
- Cold food manufacturing experience preferred
