Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Disassembles vehicles for the initial Repair Plan.
- Ensures all needed repairs are identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
- Repair or replace defective parts.
- Performs work as outlined on repair orders.
- Maintains an open line of communication with the production manager expressing any changes in the repair plan.
- Complies with company safety rules, guidelines, and standards.
- Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of Swift Recon.
Position Requirements
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- 2-5 years of collision repair experience
- Ability to properly complete light and heavy repairs
- Able to handle high production.
