We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our growing mechanical shop. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans. You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of vehicle systems, be able to identify problems, and recommend solutions to ensure that our clients receive high-quality service.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Adherence to all Health and Safety policies and procedures for the workshop operation
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of vehicles.
- Test and inspect vehicle systems to identify problems and ensure they function properly.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose and repair vehicle issues.
- Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible for supplying and owning own tools.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the mechanical field is a must
- ASE Certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license.

- Understanding of basic vehicle mechanics, including the ability to identify when major repairs are needed.
- Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
