We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals to join our team as CPR / First Aid Instructors. In this role, you will conduct engaging and informative CPR, AED, and First Aid training courses for diverse audiences. This part time position is perfect for retirees or people that are passionate about helping their community.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver CPR, AED, and First Aid courses following established curriculum and guidelines.
- Conduct virtual orientations for new instructors.
- Lead virtual classroom training sessions for safety classes and new materials.
- Provide support and guidance to new instructors on CPR and safety-related matters.
- Prepare classroom and training equipment for each session.
- Assess student performance and offer constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and certifications.
- Foster a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
- Stay current with the latest CPR, AED, and First Aid guidelines and best practices.
- Travel to client locations within an hour radius of Osage Beach, MO, as needed.
- MUST have a drivers license, auto insurance, your own reliable vehicle, and be able to drive independently
- MUST be able to pass a background check
Qualifications:
- Will need to maintain and keep a CPR Instructor certification from a recognized organization (e.g., American Heart Association, American Red Cross) preferred; in-house training available for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Previous teaching experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have a clean driving license & record
- Must have your own transportation and able to drive solo and independently to trainings

Starts at $20 hourly for 1099
