This is a HYBRID role in Manassas, VA that requires on-call availability and occasional weekend work.
In this role you will :
- Work with the Product Owner and Squad members to test, configure, build and maintain on-prem RHEL platform automation in line with agreed requirements.
- Work with your team to implement and operate your solutions.
- Drive and lead solutions from conceptualization to realization, i.e., Design, Development, Test / Qualify, Deploy, and Support / Maintain.
- Deploy infrastructure and software according to our change management processes.
- Implement custom OS security profiles.
- Provide L2 operational support for RHEL infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with our internal and external customers following DevOps / Agile principles and standard methodologies.
- Track and detail the progress of our services (systems / applications / procedures) as they evolve.
- Collaborate and engage with other internal teams to ensure outstanding customer happiness.
- Handle issues always focusing on continuous improvement.
- Automate, educate, and share knowledge clearly.
- Be working in an office-first hybrid work model.

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in New York is $92,120 MINIMUM to MAXIMUM $171,080 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employees contingent on personal and company performance.
