A leading ladies' fashion boutique in Monsey, NY, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $75k-$100k, with the potential for additional earnings through commission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion, excellent people skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced retail environment. Hours are Sunday through Thursday, 11 AM to 7 PM.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the retail sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients.
- Oversee daily operations of the boutique, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Train and motivate staff, ensuring a high level of performance and morale.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
