The primary responsibility is to acquire parking lots and garages to expand our operations. Responsibilities :
- Identify, acquire, and negotiate terms for parking lots and garage properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for expansion.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed acquisition targets.
Qualifications :
Location : Tri-State Area
Salary : $75k-$100k Commission
