What are the responsibilities and job description for the PC Technician position at Swift Staffing?
PC Technician needed for our information technology client in Baltimore City. The PC Technicians will provide imaging and installation computer support at various schools. One year contract position with possible extension. The non-negotiable pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
Essential Duties :
- Install Dell PC and Mac operating system images.
- Maintain all work tools, workspace and equipment in a professional manner.
- Communicate in a positive and effective manner with staff, administration and coworkers.
- Abide by all state, federal, local and departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, processes and standards.
- Utilize the service order ticketing system to ensure customer requests are addressed in accordance to the documented Technology Department service level agreements.
