Swift Stop - C-Store Cashier (12am to 8am)

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Cashier/Stocker where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations and delivering excellent customer service. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, stocking shelves on the sales floor and beverage coolers, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash transactions, provide change, and issue receipts to customers
- Scan items and assist customers in locating products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store shelves
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies
- Promote store loyalty programs and encourage customer sign-ups

- Restock beverages inside coolers and beer cave
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Ability to upsell products and provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management
- Experience in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels is a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales or appliance sales is advantageous

- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus but not required.
