Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the following.
- Assisting/Supporting End Users with software application functionality
- Customer Support
- Working with end users
- Problem solving and follow-up skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Experience with court software
- Experience with the Arkansas Courts
- Ability to learn new systems
- Experience resolving technical problems
