A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to work on their ongoing project in the Richmond, VA office.

Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the following.
- Working knowledge of and experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
- Recent experience in a full-time Help Desk/Technical Support position.
- Experience and proficiency using an Endpoint Management System.
- Experience and proficiency using a Workstation Imaging Solution.
- Experience and proficiency using a Service Management Ticketing System.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and as a team.
- Ability to work effectively with end users, technical staff, and senior staff – providing exception customer service.
