A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Human Resources Business Systems Analyst to work on their ongoing project in the Richmond, VA office.

Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the following.
- Business and systems analysis, design techniques, and product development and/or Agile concepts.
- Eliciting, documenting and managing requirements, analyzing system issues, business reporting and relationship building.
- Working on IT development projects including preparing documentation such as use cases, current/proposed process workflows, data flows.
- Working on IT development projects including process re-engineering studies, functional specifications and training materials.
- Working on IT development projects including supporting development and testing activities, clarifying requirements.
- Working on IT development projects including performing or managing user acceptance testing and supporting business technology systems end-users.
- Developing SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Proficient with Excel and/or Power BI
- Ability to successfully interact in a team environment and effectively communicate both orally and in writing across all levels of an organization.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is desirable. Experience working in Human Resources is a plus.
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with major study in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- CBAP or CSPO certification is desired
