A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to work on their ongoing project in the Richmond, VA office.

Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the following.
- Current exp as a Cyber Security Lead or Manager of projects
- Analyzing data across an organization to be able to recreate incidents or other events
- Experience overseeing the daily workflow, schedules and assignments of security staff
- Leadership: Uphold integrity, leadership and performance standards as a lead, supervisor or director
- Experience overseeing security siem operations, including creating baselines
- Experience correlating data to triggers to respond/investigate
- Performs routine analysis of traffic, events and log review to ensure baseline is accurate as well identifying any anomalies.
- Experience with using a SIEM (like Splunk or Trellix)
- Experience managing an on-premises SOC (Security Operations Center)
- Experience with network and architecture design
- CISSP OR CISM preferred
