Job Title: RN - Float Pool (ICU/ED/MSU)

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Hours per Week: 36 Hours (12-hour shifts)
Shift Requirements: Must be flexible; schedule provided upon confirmation. Holiday RTOs may be limited due to staffing needs.

Experience: 3 plus years experience (Experience MUST include all three specialties: emergency, medical-surgical/pediatrics and critical care.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in ICU, ED, and Medical-Surgical Units.
• Float to different departments based on daily assignments from the House Supervisor.
• Perform tasks that may include direct patient care or assisting with unit-specific needs such as answering call lights and phones.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and standards of care.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Experience: Experience in Medical-surgical/Pediatrics, and Critical Care settings.
• Certifications:
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
• Moderate Sedation certification (can be obtained at the facility for a fee of $100–$200).
• Licensure: Current and valid RN license in Arizona or compact license.
• Skills: Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in diverse clinical environments.

• Housing: Information available under the Facility Group Document section.
• Orientation: Conducted on Mondays. Missing the compliance deadline will delay orientation to the following Monday.
• Floating Policy: Travelers may be assigned tasks or patient care responsibilities in departments for which they are qualified.
