Overview
We at Swift Uniforms recognize the value that our Customer Service team brings to the company. As the face of the company to most customers, the Customer Service team gets the opportunity to build a strong customer experience and lasting relationship with our customers. We are looking for an outgoing, dependable, hard-working person to join our Customer Service team. Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to each person who walks through our doors - Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Maintain the appearance of the store daily
- Process inventory and special orders as they are received
- Use empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problem
- Manage incoming calls, phone orders and inquiries
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete customer information in POS system
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies provided by company
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, people-person
- Able to work Mon-Saturday (closed on Sundays)
- HS diploma/GED
- Dependable
- Computer skills - will train on Point of Sales system
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
