What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Tester position at Swift?
The Swift Group is looking for a Software Quality Assurance / Application Tester. They will review and analyze documentation to create detailed test plans, procedures, and Requirements Verification Traceability Matrixes (RVTM) to support testing activities. This person shall test the consumption of external APIs or data as it passes through the gateway. The Tester shall work collaboratively with partners to plan, coordinate, and conduct test activities. This person shall investigate and create discrepancy reports. The Application Tester shall perform thorough system, interface, user acceptance, and regression testing.
Required Qualifications :
- 10 years of testing in software development experience
- Demonstrated experience with API integration testing
- Demonstrated experience with TypeScript
- Demonstrated experience with AWS services
- Demonstrated experience with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with JIRA
- Demonstrated experience with GitHub
- Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of Node.js
- Demonstrated experience with Agile
- HS Diploma
- US Citizenship and an active TS / SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
