What to expect
In this role, you and your team will :
Create, maintain and drive Global Security (GS) roadmap to achieve strategic goals.
Establish governance frameworks to monitor security initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a liaison and facilitator to all GS delivery teams to drive initiative prioritisation and resolving dependencies.
Lead cross-functional change initiatives to support Global Security’s transformation.
Executive & Board-Level Reporting - Translate complex technical security initiatives into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Develop executive dashboards and metrics to provide transparency and insights into Global Security change initiatives.
What will make you successful?
We are seeking experienced professionals with 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the cyber security field or in IT program management.

Education :
University degree in Information Technology
