Job Summary :
As a member of the Americas Strategic Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with strategic Corporate clients and Partners, ensuring their needs are met by leveraging Swift’s suite of products and services. You will work closely with account teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within these accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities :
- Manage assigned clients and develop long-term strategic partnerships with them
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for cross-selling additional Swift products / services
- Build a comprehensive understanding of each client’s needs and challenges
- Understand market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential solutions or services to meet customer requirements
- Prospect for new customers based on identified criteria such as revenue size, industry type, etc.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow market share within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to ensure alignment and coordination across territories
