Experience

At least 3 years of professional experience in a UX role with track record in the domain of software products UX design.

What to expect / your responsibilities :

• User Research : Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and difficulties.
• Data Analysis : Analyze user data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and inform design decisions.
• User Journey Mapping : Develop user personas and journey maps to illustrate user interactions and highlight areas for improvement.
• Collaboration : Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure a user-centered approach in the design and development process.
• UX Design and Prototyping : Develop mock-ups and prototypes of GUIs for complex software products. Conduct design critiques with customers.
• Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the efficiency of design solutions and gather actionable feedback for iterations.
• Documentation : Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights from research findings and design recommendations to customers.
• Market Research : Stay updated on trends in the fintech industry and competitor offerings to inform design strategies and standard methodologies.

What will make you successful?

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Virginia is $92,050 MINIMUM to $170,950 MAXIMUM USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
