This role will work closely with the leadership and consulting teams to assist with press releases, client communications, and internal documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and distribute internal memos, press releases, and company announcements
- Coordinate communication efforts across departments to maintain consistent messaging
- Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns
- Maintain documentation, reports, and client communication logs
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for meetings and client briefings
- Monitor and update communication materials as needed
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather accurate information for official communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
