Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
