Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring functionality and availability
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and executives
- Handle administrative tasks, including document management and record-keeping
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
