We are looking for a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth operations. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office organization.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages when necessary.
  • Manage appointments and schedule meetings.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Support other departments with administrative duties.
