Machine Operator – 3rd shift
Looking for strong and eager machine operators to join an industry leading manufacturing company in the Franklin County area. Will take entry level candidates that want to learn about manufacturing and start a career. Lots of OT!!
Sunday - Thursday: 7:30pm – 6:00am some Fridays required.
Pay rate: Starting at $18.00ph. Offer will be based off interview and experience.
Responsibilities of Machine Operator:
- Read and understand drawings, sketches, and blueprints.
- Operate a CNC Laser.
- Complete machine setup by selecting the proper programs and tools based on drawings .
- Form parts quickly in a production type environment
- Check quality of parts coming off machine
- Stack parts ready to move to assembly area.
Qualifications of Machine Operator:
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- At least 1-2 years running a CNC Laser.
- Experience running an CNC Laser a plus
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Time Management
- Ability to read blueprints and nesting layouts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
