Production Associate - Solid Surface Cell
As a Production Associate specializing in saw operation and finishing. We’re seeking motivated individuals with strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately read a measuring tape. If you’re passionate about precision and quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
Monday-Friday: 6:00am-4:30pm
Pay rate: $17
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to cut, bend, spot weld solid surfaces to specified dimensions. (Cut to length machine, stamping, press brake, spot welder)
- Perform finishing tasks to ensure materials meet quality and design standards (grind, polish finished goods)
- Interpret blueprints, work orders, and instructions for accurate production.
- Use measuring tools, including a measuring tape, to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean, calibrated, and in good working order.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Ability to accurately read and interpret a measuring tape (This is a must-have skill).
- Previous experience in metal fabrication, saw operation, Press Brake, Stamping or finishing is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Basic math skills to calculate measurements and tolerances.
- Ability to lift, move, and position materials up to 50lbs.
- Dependable with excellent time management and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Experience:
- metal fabrication: 1 year (Required)
- Press brake machine: 1 year (Preferred)
- Saw operation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Stamping press: 1 year (Preferred)
