Your Responsibilities

- Appointment Coordination: Schedule consultations and follow-ups, ensuring clear communication with project consultants and field teams.
- Database Management: Accurately update client records, maintain detailed information, and organize project details for easy access.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
- Office Support: Tackle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining a well-functioning workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to keep client projects running smoothly.
- Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain client invoices, project schedules, and reports as needed.
