Professional Residential Cleaner

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and professional Residential House Cleaner to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and healthy living environments for our clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently while following established cleaning protocols. We provide services to clients within a 45-minute radius of Guilderland, NY and seek individuals who are committed to high-quality service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Dust and clean surfaces, furniture, and interior appliances with attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client preferences and ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow safety guidelines and properly use company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damages observed during cleaning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in residential or custodial cleaning is not required—we are happy to train the right candidate!
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow schedules, and manage time efficiently.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods (up to 6 hours at a time).
• Professional and appropriate dress code required while on duty.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques.
• Comfortable working in homes with pets (cats and dogs) and around children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
