What You’ll Do

• Clean, repair, and maintain air duct systems to keep homes running smoothly.
• Inspect HVAC systems to spot blockages, contaminants, or leaks before they become big problems.
• Use specialized tools to remove dust, debris, and other gunk from ductwork—leaving no mess behind.
• Seal and insulate ducts to boost efficiency and improve indoor air quality.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards, including NADCA guidelines, to deliver top-notch service every time.
• Communicate with customers clearly about what’s needed, what’s being done, and any add-on repairs or changes (earn commission for upsells!).
• Respond quickly to service requests, showing customers they can count on us.

What You Bring

• 5 years of hands-on experience cleaning and maintaining air duct systems.
• Relevant certifications, such as:
• Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) certification from NADCA.
• Certified Air Duct Cleaning Technician (CADCT) certification.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork—you know the ins and outs of keeping them running right.
• Ability to read blueprints and manuals to understand HVAC layouts and specs.
• Problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and find the best solutions.
• Physical stamina to handle tight spaces, ladders, and the demands of the job.
• Strong communication skills to keep customers and teammates in the loop.

What We’d Love to See

• Experience with advanced HVAC systems, like zoned or variable air volume (VAV) systems.
• Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning practices—supporting our customers environmentally friendly cleaning supplies
• Sales savvy—you know how to explain repair options and recommend the right solutions.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish would be a huge plus! But NOT required.
