A DAY IN THE LIFE
You will never have a dull moment when you are on the Team at Swig! You'll wear many hats, but your primary focus is to make sure our customers get nothing less than a fantastic experience.
It's all about giving them happiness in a cup and connecting with them, so they feel like part of the family too. Your day may include making drinks until they're perfect or wiping down counters.
Still, it doesn't matter which task is yours because every customer gets treated right here - from smiling faces to "dirty sodas" that taste just as great!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Execute quality drinks & food following proper Swig procedures
- Communicate clearly with guests and other team members on the line
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and outside areas
- Clean tables quickly and expertly, remove dirty dishes, empty garbage, and clean bathrooms as needed (deep clean as needed)
- Help organize the restaurant for proper food rotation and cleanliness
- Handle the prepping, stocking, and staging of all food, paper, and chemicals
- Follow food rotation and shelf-life procedures
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Understand and assist according to the needs of to go and delivery orders
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
- Work together effectively as a team to accomplish Swig goals
